Warning visiting this web site may harm your computer!, I thought I'm the only one experiencing this.. I thought my sites really had malware or something like that. Awhile ago i was checking my sites in webmaster tools, and it turns out that all my blog had the message that my blogs were suspected with malware. I just learned now that it's not only my blogs, but all sites in the planet experienced this, And all search results, resulted in this message "Warning visiting this web site may harm your computer!."

Google already posted a blog on their official blog regarding this "this web site may harm your computer!" glitched. They said its already fixed.

And I'm not seeing anymore the "Warning- visiting this web site may harm your computer!" mesages in webmaster tools.

Google Favicon: New Google Favicon

Have you notice google new favicon?

I just noticed google new logo awhile ago. Google says in their official blog (Google Blog), this new google favicon was inspired by a logo submitted by André Resende, a computer science undergraduate at the University of Campinas in Brazil. The new google favicon is not exactly the same to the google favicon submitted by André Resende, Google slightly changed the color layout and moved the 'g' off center.

I think this new google favicon is much better that the old google favicon.

My Blogs PageRank Shows N/A

Pagerank n/a, whats wrong with my blogs PR? I noticed this morning that two of my blogs pagerank went n/a from PR3 and PR2, but another of my blog still have its PR3.

I checked my blogs stats in google webmaster tools and my blogs are still indexed by google. Links on pages with external links are still in place, meaning my blog still have their backlinks.

Inner pages of my blogs also still has their pagerank.

But the result on pages that link to my fronpage or when ever I search from google search typing link:underscore30.blogspot.com, all I get is Your search - link:underscore30.blogspot.com - did not match any documents. That goes the same with my other blog. What's up with that?

Does this mean my two blogs are being banned by google or penalized? I dont get it.. I dont do paid post, paid reviews or sell text link.

Is this just caused by temporary bugs? I think i'll just wait and see and hope it will not affect my blogs search engine rankings.

UPDATE: Nov. 17 - The blog pagerank is now back :)

Google is now updating pagerank

Wow, Google is now updating pagerank. My three blogs which is all two and a half month old finally got a pagerank, this blog and my other blog got a PR3 and my another blog got a PR2.

At first i didn't yet notice on my status bar (i'm using searchstatus) that my blogs has been already updated with its new PR, because i have modified my status bar not to show icons when it is not being mouse-over, then i remember reading last night the post blog on matt cutts blog (the post was dated September 24, 2008), one commenter there asked if there is a new PR updating, and this is matt cutts reply:

I wouldn’t be surprised if new PageRanks started showing up this weekend or so.

So i looked on to my status bar and saw a PR3 on my blog, checked my other blogs and yes all of them has a new PR. To completely confirm it, I ckecked their pagerank on prchecker.info. It is really true, all of my three new blogs finally got their PR, from PR0 to PR3 and the other one from PR0 to PR2

This is great, with in just two and a half month time all my new three blogs got its pagerank.

How about yours, has it been already updated?

New search engine launched: Cuil

Seems like an awful amount of errors on this newly launched search engine called Cuil (pronounced 'Cool'), which is an old Irish word for Knowledge.

Cuil Inc. was created by Anna Patterson a former Google Inc. employee and her husband Tom Costello, that claims to offer complete user privacy and to cover three times as many Web pages as Google.

I've run a few searches to test this new search engine, but some results did'nt give me what i expect.

I searched for some words.. for example "Philippines" and got me the unexpected error message.. 'We didn’t find any results for “philippines”' .

Well the 2-3 columns layouts of the results page sure looks nice, the question is whether anyone will use it.
