Melissa J. Berry filed a lawsuit against Mark C. Dawson for showing her nude pics/photos to her mother and friends and posting them (melissa berry nude pics) on MySpace.com without her permission. The melissa berry nude pics reportedly were taken with a cellphone.
Mark Dawson claims that he never made anything public and Melissa Berry willingly posed nude for the pics/photos.
Melissa Berry is seeking $15,000 in unspecified damages from her ex-boyfriend Mark Dawson, a 45-year-old safe dating expert, whom she dated earlier this fall.
