Man has indeed came out on another idea using their "so called bestfriend" working for them. These dogs were tied on a very short chains to a metal pole, panhandling under the heat of the sun, and their masters are nowhere to be found.
Indeed man has proven that they are the master of all creation.

You know it wouldn't bother me so much if I didn't know those dogs were just going to take the money and run off to the pound and pick up some tramp. Rather than going to obedience school to make something of themselves they are wasting their lives in mindless pursuit of frivolity, food and empty sex.
Very sad picture if this is true. I just can't tolerate animal cruelty.
