Here some overview of the film "Love Story" from wikipedia
Love Story- is a 1970 romantic drama film written by Erich Segal coordinated with his 1970 best-selling novel. It was directed by Arthur Hiller. The film, well-known as a tear-jerking tragedy, is considered one of the most romantic of all time by the American Film Institute (#9 on the list), and was followed by a sequel, Oliver's Story in 1978. Love Story starred Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal and also marked the film debut of a then-unknown Tommy Lee Jones, who played a minor role in the film.
BTW, there is also a youtube video on love story, but the video is not availabe to be viewed in my country. There is also Love Story lyrics, performed by Taylor Swif. So, I'm guessing that "Love Story" is also a song and not only a film.

When I was a kid, I had a jewelry box that was musical that had a little ballerina that turned when you opened it and the song that was played was "(Where do I begin) Love Story." I believe Andy Williams first recorded it.
