Ryan Matthews returns to his job at West Beverly High, which causes a mixed reaction from all the students who gossip about his sudden departure and return, and his refusal to explain where he was or what happened to him. Also, the school's drama department holds auditions for "Antony and Cleopatra," and Annie decides to read for the lead role. She was surprised to find Ty trying out for the play. Meanwhile, Silver and Dixon continue to experience bumps in their relationship.
